Coach will expand its products to Home Merchandising as well as providing a deeper engagement with current customer and acquiring new ones. Coach Home brand will compete with some fashion brans as Armani Home, that is already part of this market. Coach Home will implement this strategy in targeted locations

EVALUATION

Coach Brand will evaluate this strategy by doing market research and evaluating the cash flow. Develop an income statement evaluation to determine the overall profitability of the firm over the period of the six months period of the strategy implementation. Market share and customer data base will be done.
